How to perform a Factory reset by hardware level on HKC BP774A Tablet

1. Press and hold the home button
2. While pressing the home button, connect the charger to the tablet.
3. Wait until the HKC (like 8 or 9 seconds) logo appear on the screen, then release the home button, you will see a Android logo with a red exclamation mark.

4. Press the power button and then the home button at the same time, this will let you go to the Recovery menu.

1. Use the home button to navigate and the power button to confirm any command.
2. Select wipe data/factory reset and confirm with the power button.
3. after recovery is done select reboot system now and press the power button.
4. Done!!!
